How to Enjoy Houston Restaurants at Home

Even though Houston’s diverse culinary scene is currently limited to takeout and delivery, local chefs and restaurants are making it easy to enjoy their menus at home. Whether it’s with an UberEats delivery, curbside pickup, or a “take and bake” dish, you can satisfy cravings for your favorite foods while supporting Houston’s restaurants.

Chef Chris Shepherd and his Underbelly Hospitality team have combined their operations to offer select items from all their restaurants’ menus. Up your home cooking game with an of order dry aged ribeyes or bacon wrapped tenderloin from their Georgia James Meat Market. You can also make a donation to their Southern Smoke Foundation which has raised over $700,000 in emergency relief funds that directly benefit local food and beverage industry workers.

Underbelly Hospitality is also one of the restaurant groups partnering with H-E-B so you can pick up their spicy Korean braised beef dumplings during your next grocery run. ColtivareHugo’s, and Brennan’s of Houston are also supplying “take and bake” options at select HEB locations. Kroger has teamed up to bring customers dishes from Peli PeliKim Son, and Burns Original BBQ.

Cane RossoThe Gypsy Poet, and Frank’s are still slinging pizza to go.

Pick up chips and queso, enchiladas, and fajitas from Spanish VillagePico’s, and El Tiempo

If you’re craving sushi, make a curbside reservation at Uchi
