|While many of our Thanksgiving traditions will look different this year, there’s still much reason to give thanks. Whether you’re hosting a small household dinner or an al fresco celebration, Houston’s restaurants are ready to help you put together a memorable Thanksgiving feast. Check out these special to-go menus from a few of my favorite places for a stress-free holiday meal. |
Brasserie du Parc: Order a traditional turkey dinner with all the fixings for the whole family, or for extra small gatherings try the individual “Turkey to-go Plate.”
Hugo’s: A pineapple and habanero spiral ham is the star of Hugo’s Thanksgiving to-go. You can order either a Couple’s Feast or a Family Feast, which serves 8-10 people. Don’t forget to add an order of tamales.
Mala Sichuan Bistro: Spice up your turkey day with a Sichuan spread, which includes a whole roasted duck, mapo tofu, fried rice, and a mille crepe cake for dessert.
The Pit Room: Let the pitmasters take care of the bird this year, or opt for a whole smoked brisket or ham. Smoked oyster and traditional stuffings are available for add-ons.
Underbelly Hospitality: Chris Shepherd and his team have thought of everything for their a la carte menu, from whipped tallow for the adventurous home chef to “Day After Thanksgiving Gumbo.”
Wishing everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!
